On the 6th of November 2009, Cora Burggraaf received the Dutch VSCD Classical Music Prize 2009 for New Generation Musicians. The winners in the other categories were the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra, Leonidas Kavakos and Capella Amsterdam.
The DVD of Gounod's Roméo et Juliette at the Salzburg Festival, with Cora Burggraaf as Stéphano, has been released with Deutsche Grammaphon. With Rolando Villazon, Nino Machaidze and the Mozarteum Orchester Salzburg under Yannick Nézet-Seguin.
